Safety and Conduct: Blackhat Music reserves the right to cancel or exit an event at any time if there is a safety risk to physical well-being, harassment, or disrespect directed towards our staff or attendees. In such cases, no refund will be provided.

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit ensures that your date is reserved exclusively for you.

Music Requests: While we strive to accommodate music requests, operational constraints such as time limitations and song availability may prevent us from playing every request.

Payment: Full payment is due as per the terms agreed upon in the booking contract. Failure to pay the remaining balance may result in cancellation of services without refund of the deposit.

Venue Requirements: The client is responsible for ensuring that the venue complies with all legal and safety requirements necessary for the DJ setup and performance.

Liability: Blackhat Music is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries that occur during the event, including but not limited to damages to property or personal injury.
